I have had Sweets Chem-Dry clean my carpets and I have continued to purchase their carpet cleaner as well as pet odor cleaner. I have had an amazing experience each time. I’ve had the cleaner delivered (with a small trip charge) and I went to the location yesterday to purchase more. I was greeted by EVERY single person yesterday and was made to feel welcome and appreciated!! The staff has fantastic knowledge of their product and exceptional customer service!!! (I am not related to anyone that works for this company – just wanted to give credit to a company that I have found to be all about customer satisfaction.)
